About the event
PEOPLE’S CHOICE RULES – Each competitor is required to cook 2 Boston Butts and one side dish (large aluminum steam pan) of the cook’s choice.
· Cooks will serve 2oz portions each of pulled pork and side to ticket holders.
· People’s choice competition starts at 2:00 pm on Saturday.
· Awards will be handed out at approximately 4:00 pm on Saturday.
